The MEA Land Record System provides you with a dynamic search engine for county property data. Our software is designed to be both user-friendly and powerful, and nobody has more current data. MEA users have the option of using a quick lookup using owner name, address, or parcel number, and also an in-depth query program that lets you search every available data field the county offers. This is an invaluable business tool that will allow you to work smarter, not harder.

MEA uses a site license, we don’t charge per PC. Our annual licensing fee is $550 for one county which includes installation, training, and monthly web updates. For customers leasing multiple counties, we charge $550 for the first county and only $330 for each additional. Restrictions apply, please contact us for details.

Newcomers can experiment with a subset of our system that includes only one county, Chester, and one municipality, Malvern. Other than that there are no limitations in system functionality. Click on the Start Demo button, then click on the Chester county map to proceed.
